Abstract

The article published the results of experiments on determining the sensitivity of the GOST 23454-2016 method to antibiotics from the group of aminoglycosides and lincosamides. Since the method itself indicates that only the following antibiotics are determined: penicillin in a mass concentration of 0,004 mg/dm3, streptomycin – 10 mg/dm3, tetracycline – 1 mg/dm3, levomycetin– 5 mg/dm3, and at the present stage, a wider range of medications are used to treat animals, it is important to expand information on sensitivity and to other groups of antibiotics. The following sensitivity was determined experimentally as an example for the determination of inhibitory substances using the Streptococcus thermophilus B19 test culture and rezazurin indicatorin the analysis of 14 drugs: aminoglycosides 1 mg/dm3, lincosamides 0,1 mg/dm3.
