methods used to control antibiotics in food products on the territory of the Russian
Federation, are examined.
Screening methods of analysis are suitable as methods for monitoring a large
number of samples of food products, but confirmatory methods are needed for a
more accurate study. Features of these techniques are also considered in the article.
