Abstract

The data obtained during production tests of the new «BA-XNUMX» combined disinfectant developed by us is presented. The «BA-XNUMX» disinfectant consists of two solutions: basic and buffer. Before conducting production experiments, this product was successfully tested in the laboratory for the main quality indicators: sterility, safety, pH, qualitative and quantitative content of the main and auxiliary components. Bactericidal and sporocidal properties were tested on cambric tests in laboratory conditions. It was determined that the concentration of the «BA-XNUMX» disinfectant of XNUMX%; XNUMX% and XNUMX% and XNUMX% solutions have bactericidal properties, XNUMX% and XNUMX% solutions have sporocidal properties. Production tests of the «BA-XNUMX» disinfectant were carried out on the territory of «Bayserke-Agro» LLP livestock breeding complex in the Almaty region with a stall technology for keeping animals. The studied «BA-XNUMX» solution was applied by irrigation to various surfaces in the room where animals are kept: floor, walls, windows, feeders and drinking bowls. In the experiments, several concentrations of «BA-XNUMX» were used XNUMX%;XNUMX%; XNUMX%; XNUMX%, XNUMX%, XNUMX% with different exposure periods: XNUMX, XNUMX, XNUMX and XNUMX minutes. Prior to and then after treatment with the «BA-XNUMX» disinfectant, sterile swabs were used to wash off all surfaces taken in the experiment. Selected swabs in laboratory conditions were seeded in tubes with bacterial growth media followed by incubation for XNUMX hours. The criterion for assessing the biocidal activity of the test drug «BA-XNUMX» was the lack of growth of XNUMX% of microorganisms in all nutrient media. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the «BA-XNUMX» disinfectant in concentrations from XNUMX% to XNUMX% with a consumption rate of XNUMX l/mXNUMX and exposure of XNUMX minutes or more on all surfaces of livestock buildings has a pronounced bactericidal activity, XNUMX%, XNUMX% – bactericidal and sporocidal activity.
