Abstract

The article presents the results of tests of the disinfectant "Ultradon" against microorganisms of the genera Salmonella, Listeria and Enterococcus. Various materials were used as a test object: tiles, plastic, glass, stainless steel, rubber products. Laboratory experiments to determine the effectiveness of Ultradon solutions in the disinfection of test surfaces contaminated with various test microorganisms showed that the disinfectant effect of the agent largely depended on the type of material of the treated surfaces and the type of test microorganisms. The results of the tests found that the "Ultraman" has antimicrobial activity against test cultures of gram-negative (Salmonella enteritidis) and gram-positive (Enterococcus faecalis) microorganisms at concentrations (the drug) is not less than 1% at an exposure of at least 10 min; to test the culture of Listeria monocytogenes at concentrations of 1% (by drug) exposure for at least 30 min; not less than 1,5% (drug) exposure at least 15 minutes; not less than 2% (by product) at an exposure of at least 10 min.
