Abstract

The article presents the results of studies of the veterinary and sanitary assessment of biotechnological methods for processing organic animal waste based on active solid-phase fermentation and vermicomposting. The dynamics of changes in microbiological indicators in the biotechnological process of manure processing is shown and the agrochemical, toxicological and hygienic characteristics of organic fertilizers in the form of compost and biohumus are determined.
