Abstract
The article presents data on the study of raw shrimp samples for the content of antibiotics from the group of nitrofurans (AOZ, AMOZ, SEM and AHD), as well as chloramphenicol using the modern method of Randox biochip technology. The sensitivity of this method is 0,2 μg/kg. Samples of raw shrimp were taken in a retail chain of stores in Moscow and Moscow region, as well as in online stores. A total of 15 samples were examined. Antibiotics of these groups were not found in the studied samples.
