Abstract

The stability of a new complex based on protein hydrolyzate for rabbits preparation has been determined. It has been established that during the shelf life the stability of the main components included in the preparation, such as enzymatic hydrolyzate of vegetable protein, vitamins A, D3, E, РP, calcium pantothenate, zinc, sodium selenite and iodine correspond to the recipe and permissible deviations in content. For 9 months at temperatures -2 ºС (humidity 75%), +8 ºС (humidity 70%) and +25 ºС (humidity 60%) the content of these components of the drug remained unchanged compared to the original composition. At month 12th, a decrease in the content of all components of the drug was observed at temperature conditions studied. Based on the results of a stability study of the drug, a shelf life of 9 months was determined.
