Abstract

The analysis of the methods of parametric synthesis of complex technical systems. When assessing the technical condition of electronic equipment related to the class of its technical condition, it is proposed to use not an interval, but an uncertainty region, the dimension of which is determined by the number of output parameters. The ellipsoidal approximation for the region of parametric uncertainty of the state of electronic equipment is substantiated, taking into account measurement errors. A model of the affine transformation of the uncertainty region during its evolution in the parameter space when changing the technical classes of electronic equipment is presented. A dynamic programming method is proposed to minimize the region of parametric uncertainty of electronic equipment, taking into account the accuracy class, as well as the cost of monitoring and diagnostics.
