Abstract

The concept of a cognitive measuring network as a new type of intelligent measurement is proposed. The methodological aspects of cognitive measurement for creating a theoretical base are considered. The main objects of cognitive measuring technologies are presented. Among them is a dynamic compact, models with dynamic constraints, scales with dynamic constraints are proposed. Developed examples of cognitive measurement technology on the "Info-analytics". Practical examples are considered.
