Abstract

The article discusses the methodology and methodology for creating scales with dynamic constraints, oriented to use in conditions of uncertainty. The formula dependencies for determining the boundaries of the classes of reference frames of the scale are given. The conditions for distinguishing the classes of benchmarks of the scale are defined and formalized. An example of the application of this type of scales for measuring the asymmetry and excess coefficients in an algorithm for approximating the laws of distribution of random variables and processes by typical distributions from the Pearson system is given. An example of grouping samples is considered.
