Abstract

The article proposes the concept of cognitive measurements based on granules. The analysis of the ideas of the domestic school of measurements as cognitive processes. Differences between measurement and expert judgment are shown. Based on the study of the transitions from data to information, and from it to knowledge and meta-knowledge in the “understanding-activity” coordinates, the problem of creating “knowing” and “understanding” sensors is formulated. A logical approach to the interpretation of measurement results is developed, logical pragmatics and pragmatic logics are described, logical-algebraic granulation models are presented, granular pragmatics for individual sensors and their dyads are constructed, examples of interpretation of measurement analysis at the upper level of cognitive measurements based on sensor networks are presented.
