Abstract

The article is devoted to the construction of information-measuring systems designed to diagnose technical objects and identify defects, failures and pre-emergency conditions. The complexity of access to the object and the processing of measurement information in the face of uncertainty necessitates new approaches related to the use of intellectualization. The directions of intellectualization of information-measuring systems are considered. A method for remote monitoring by thermal state, based on infrared thermography of the surface of objects in combination with the determination of a set of parameters by built-in measuring tools, is proposed. The concept of intellectualization is described, which consists in the development of a decision-making system, which includes a knowledge base and a hybrid intellectual model. The model is a complex of two artificial neural networks and an autoregressive forecasting model. The results of an experimental study of the proposed control system are presented on the example of testing the photosensitive matrix on charge-coupled devices. This approach allows you to quickly differentiate the inoperative state of technical objects during operation with limited information.
