Abstract

A conceptual model of a decision support system in conditions of risk and uncertainty and a multi-criteria base are provided. The proposed regularization, Bayesian approach as a methodological platform for decision making in these situations. The process of constructing an optimal model on a scale with dynamic constraints is considered. All models are described for assessment, audit and management.
