Abstract

The InfoAnalytic complex is designed to solve the problems of managing risks, situations, scenarios of events and is built on the methodology of the regulatory Bayesian approach (RBM) and Bayesian intelligent measurement technology (BII). This allows you to pair information flows of data and knowledge in conditions of significant uncertainty, distributed, incomplete and fuzzy information. Bayesian smart measurements are based on gaining knowledge about measurement objects using them in monitoring and control processes together with available a priori information presented in the form of experimental data, analytical dependencies, tabular and graphical information, recommendations of experts and specialists. The results of such measurements can be values, decisions about the state of energy security, energy efficiency, interpretation of environmental situations, assessment of the state of material resources, associated risks and consequences. It is proposed to use the InfoAnalytic system as a pilot project when creating a sustainable development management system for the Seliger Natural Territory. This system should include subsystems of energy, environmental, food and economic security.
