Distortion Theory in the Assessment of the IQ Factor of Artificial Intelligence Objects

Abstract

A classifier of the levels of development of artificial intelligence systems using the theory of distortion is proposed. Its application provides a qualitative level of assessment of the obtained quantitative IQ-indicators.
