Abstract
Uncertainty of systems is a common phenomenon in the field of management, so it is important to know all its features. The main feature is the increased risk of making the wrong decision, which will entail the loss of various resources (economic, labor, information, intellectual, etc.). Thus, the management of complex systems in the face of uncertainty, represents a wide range of problems that must be solved in the management process, to achieve the best result, choosing the best solution.
