Abstract

The article analyzes the trends in the educational sector of developed countries. Based on an analysis of the principles of instruction, it was concluded that the standard school-university education system does not train specialists. Real training is being conducted in closed corporate centers. Given the goals of maintaining the leadership of developed countries, a real education that gives access to technical secrets will be more and more elitist in nature and will become inaccessible to the main part of the world's population. Mass education, pursuing the goal of selecting capable and motivated candidates, will be increasingly translated into electronic forms of training.
