Abstract

The report is dedicated to solving the problems of strategic planning (SP) and forecasting as the most important section of target planning. The application of popular (probabilistic) statistical methods (for example, dispersion and regression) for joint ventures is discussed. It is recommended to use the so-called. “Distribution-free” methods (nonparametric) at least within the limits of GOST 23554.0-79, GOST 23554.1-79, GOST 23554.2-81. The authors propose to draw the attention of society to the need to resist the spread of surface publications and joint venture projects.
