Abstract
The complexity of organizational structures, both on the example of small enterprises, and on a global level, leads to the complexity of management procedures. This complication is due to the complex nature of the existing relationships between physical systems with which individual elements of economic systems interact. Correction of one of the characteristics of the system invariably causes changes in other aspects and parts of the system, and a system analysis methodology has gradually developed to understand and possibly predict their future existence. One of the most important and most useful tools for analyzing the structure of complex processes can be considered soft measurements and simulation.
