Abstract

The importance of systemic orientation in the organization of processes of economic development is emphasized. At the same time, the subjects of development at all levels of interaction can show ever greater freedom of action. But the influence of their ineffective functioning in the system also increases. The increasing importance of the negative consequences of development does not necessarily mean an equivalent loss for all entities operating it. The influence of “parasitic generation” factors is growing. The matrix format of interpretation of the signs of systemic losses developing in the economy is given.
