Abstract

Currently, a systematic approach is increasingly being used in solving problems of managing production facilities and enterprises, and the development of modern information technologies. However, the study is not always preceded by the adoption of any managerial decision. A systematic approach eliminates the main drawback of the approaches of various schools of management, which consists in the fact that they focus on one single important element. A systematic approach does not mean analysis separately, but in a system, that is, a certain relationship between the elements of this system, which is why its application in investment and innovation management issues is relevant.
