Abstract

Currently, based on cloud computing services and advanced technological developments, the automation of processes in industrial enterprises and factories allows solving many business problems. At the same time, many applications for industrial automation (archive data servers, servicing systems based on equipment status monitoring, maintenance, etc.) can be used with the help of the cloud when data collected from various devices and their analytics can predict system behavior and predict situations , identify critical processes. Using an industrial cloud - a cloud system that is largely adapted to a specific industry, allows you to take into account the rapid changes in hardware and software in modern factories, as well as keeping their infrastructure up to date. The article summarizes the possibilities of using cloud technologies in industry and offers a methodological basis for applying cloud technology solutions in industrial automation; The technique is being tested for a generalized virtualization scenario in the cloud.
