Abstract
The article analyzes the main provisions of the new economic theory - systemic economy - and outlines the synthesis of the corresponding organizational management mechanisms. To do this, a typologization of modern approaches to the organizational management of economic entities was carried out, an expanded interpretation of the systematic nature of organizational management was given, and principles of systematization of organizational management during the design / restructuring of enterprises, corporations, holding entities and other economic entities of the national economy were formulated. In conclusion, the mathematical formulation of the problem of discretization of organizational management is presented, which opens up broad prospects for the practical implementation of the idea of remote control.
