Abstract
The article discusses some aspects of the application of soft computing and measurement in the management of raw resource flows. The characteristic is given to the system of socio-economic ratings of countries. The ratings that evaluate the raw material resource flows are determined. Combined ratings are proposed for use in the management of raw material resource flows.
