Abstract

The paper sets out an approach to organizing the monitoring of the effectiveness of modules of online courses and educational programs used for distance learning. The approach is based on the use of the "information measure" state of uncertainty of knowledge of students at various stages to assess the digestibility of material. The implementation was carried out using the methods of soft measurements and calculations, and, in particular, the methods of the theory of entropy potentials, which is one of the “tools” for studying uncertainty states. Implementation of the proposed solutions will contribute to the operational adaptation of educational programs to emerging issues and the realities of a particular educational process. This will ultimately contribute to increasing the effectiveness of distance education.
