Abstract

The paper shows the relevance of the development and application of intelligent methods of information processing in conditions of uncertainty, in particular for use in situational regional centers. For processing arrays of diverse information presented in the form of data and knowledge, a regularizing Bayesian approach is proposed. The necessity and possibility in BIT of the implementation of a parallel branch of metrological quality assurance of the received estimates, models and managerial decisions are shown. Examples of cognitive networks based on the intellectual workplaces of specialists for various tasks of digitalization of the economy are given.
