Abstract
The article proposes a methodological approach to the formalization of performance indicators for the integrated use of information resources in the interests of a system of distributed situational centers. The approach is based on the presentation of the process of information and analytical support of public authorities in the form of a process for solving a number of special tasks, the introduction of private performance indicators for these tasks and the formation of a generalized indicator based on their convolution.
