Abstract

The interdependence and mutual influence of the development of digital technologies and the formation of another regulatory environment - the landscape - in the context of the digitalization of the economy, social sphere and other components of the modern high-tech world are analyzed. Attention is focused on the features of the emerging legal support of a number of areas of scientific and technological development - the legal regulation of artificial intelligence, remote identification and authentication of a person, Big Data, augmented and virtual reality technologies.
