Abstract

The article proposes technologies for "digitalization" of the activities of a water company based on cognitive Bayesian intelligent technologies. The model of activity of a water company is defined as a set of models of water management
network and the enterprise itself, actively interacting with each other. An example of their use with a process approach and a cognitive interpretation of the ARIS notation in preventive maintenance is given. The main processes of preventive maintenance of a water supply enterprise are identified.
