Abstract

The article deals with methodological aspects of the development of the platform on the DATA SCIENCE principles, based on the regularizing Bayesian approach, Bayesian intelligent technologies and soft measurements. This methodology provides for obtaining estimates and situations in the socio-economic sphere in conditions of uncertainty and instability, as well as generating effective analytical, evaluation and management decisions. The main advantages of the methodology are given and references to specific practical developments of digitalization systems in various areas of economic activity are given.
