Abstract

The paper considers an approach to estimating uncertainty States of various parameters based on the use of methods and concepts of entropy potential theory. Attention is paid to methods and technologies for evaluating changes in these States and the amount of information generated. The emphasis is placed on the most General situation, when a complex manifestation of non-stationary characteristics that determine the values of entropy potentials is possible. Using the proposed solutions will allow you to organize monitoring and management of objects of different nature based on unified information parameters, i.e., their information trail. Ultimately, this will help to improve the efficiency and quality of studies of object States and the development of control actions.
