Abstract

In the article, based on statistical data from open sources, a comparative analysis of the use of information and communication technologies by the population of the regions of the Central Federal district with an emphasis on the Tula region is carried out. Based on the correlation analysis, the relationship between the selected indicators is estimated. The degree of readiness of regions for digitalization using system audit was assessed. The results of the study may be of interest to government authorities to increase the level of digitalization of regions.
