Abstract
The tasks of recalculating the number and professional composition in the process of developing complex organizational and technical systems of the agricultural sector are investigated. Formalized questions and problems of optimization of the organizational structure. The apparatus of discrete optimization is based on, in particular, the problem of the least coverage of a set is adapted.
