Abstract

The development of a modern approach to the educational process of the University, based on the use of the latest telecommunications technologies, artificial intelligence systems, and big data analysis, leads to the creation of new distance learning practices. In the context of digitalization, the idea and essence of information security of the University educational processes are changing, due to new threats and risks created for universities and consumers of educational services. The risk factors of the information security of the University's educational process are characterized by significant uncertainty. This justifies the expediency of constructing fuzzy models for assessing threats and risks to information security of the University's educational process. The paper considers an approach to building a fuzzy network model for assessing threats and risks of the information security of the University's educational process. The parameters and indicators of information security risks are analyzed, and a fuzzy rule base is proposed. Fuzzy inference is based on the Mamdani algorithm. To model the system, a software package was developed in Python and the Tensor Flow library, which allows you to implement fuzzy inference and training of model parameters. The results of modeling for assessing the security risks of information security of the educational process of the university are presented.
