Abstract

The development of the digital economy is one of the gels of the development of the state. Cross-cutting technologies are the main directions of the digital economy, which allows to obtain competitive advantages and increase the efficiency of organizations and regions. In order to increase the intensity of development of the digital economy in the Russian Federation, the national project "Digital Economy" was created, which is aimed at developing the main directions of digitalization. Particular attention is paid to the development of end-to-end digital technologies. This work is devoted to the consideration of the possibility of using a hybrid integrated decision-making model based on a cognitive map and a model of fuzzy hierarchies as part of the development of the "Neurotechnology and Artificial Intelligence" area with regard to the creation of recommendation decision support systems.
