Abstract

The article highlights the issues of creating the information infrastructure of the "smart city". The principles and problems of creating a unified information environment of the city, indicators of the quality of the urban environment and technology for their monitoring are considered. A solution is proposed for creating a system for monitoring the quality of the urban environment, based on the use of sensor networks and neural network technologies.
