Abstract

In modern problems of estimation and management, measuring information is used. As these tasks and their solution conditions become more complex, so do the information flows of measurements. Previously immeasurable properties and indicators become measurable, measurement processes are implemented in conditions of uncertainty, and their active intellectualization occurs, during which various knowledge is involved in measurement technologies. All this is connected with the creation of new types of measurement scales as basic components of measurement processes. These include scales with dynamic constraints based on the regularizing Bayesian approach. This article is devoted to methodological issues of typification and formalization of scales.
