Abstract

The article discusses the technological aspects of electronic signature validation services. As the main form of the validation service implementation, third trusted party (TTP) technology is used. The paper also provides a brief description of the advantages and disadvantages of the three main validation protocols: DVCS, XKMS, and OASIS DSS. The main focus is on the DVCS Protocol. The hardware and software aspects of the TTP implementation based on the DVCS Protocol in the form of hardware and software package "Trusted Third Party Service "Litoria DVCS" are considered. Examples of successful implementation of cross – border electronic legally significant document flow between Russia – Belarus and Russia-Kazakhstan are also considered.
