Abstract

The dynamics of socioeconomic systems is a consequence of both the scientific and technical process and the impact of the ethical and religious worldview that characterizes the spiritual part of human activity. The socioeconomic system is characterized by the purposefulness of operations performed. Communication in these systems is provided mainly by technical and informational means. They perform the main function – they support interaction between system elements. Mathematical models help to describe the dynamics of the socioeconomic system. Their importance lies in the ability to take into account the most important problem areas that represent the main development priorities, as well as sources of risks, when developing socio-economic transformations. Identifying trends that help determine the development of the system in the resulting dynamics of the socioeconomic system are the main elements in making various management decisions
