Abstract

The rapid increase in the number of economic entities and the development of the economy as a whole pose an increasing number of complex tasks for decisionmakers. Prompt and effective solution of these tasks often becomes a factor that determines the success of the entire business. Management decisionmaking is complicated by the diversity and complexity of the organization's business processes and the multivariate characteristics of its external and internal environment. In this regard, managers seek to acquire methodological, informational and software support for the formation of a specific management decision. Applying a systematic approach in this case can allow the Manager to develop the most effective management and economic decisions. Decision support systems (DSS) that can facilitate the work of decision makers and improve their effectiveness are becoming increasingly relevant. The DSS allows its users to get the necessary information directly from sources, analyze the data obtained, and identify existing business models for solving specific tasks
