Abstract

The aim of the study is to calculate the normative values of indicators of cultural development in the subjects of the Russian Federation on the basis of the methodology for assessing the results of the functioning of socio-economic systems. Models of linear, logarithmic and multiplicative functional forms are selected for the construction of standards. The number of museums, the number of visits to exhibitions, expositions and sightseeing visits, the number of theaters, as well as the number of libraries are selected as performance indicators. As factor, the following are used: per capita monetary incomes of the population per month; population density; the percentage of the employed population with higher and secondary general education. Using the example of the regions of the Central Federal District, model specifications were obtained based on data for 2019.
