Abstract

Describes the SensIV case study, provides an overview of the modeling techniques discussed in this overview, discusses the modeling of WSN elements including sensors, nodes and hardware, introduces WSN modeling at the system level, discusses supporting tools and the importance of each tool for WSN design, presents related work (other sensor simulation surveys).
