Abstract
The paper reveals the features of the energy complex in the field of financial planning, within which an analysis and survey of the business process "Financial planning and budgeting" was carried out, bottlenecks were identified. Recommendation measures have also been formed for the implementation of the financial module of the 1C:ERP system.
