Abstract

The level of economic development at the moment requires effective management in the process of a specific organization's activity, which quickly reacts to changes in the external environment, market fluctuations, and also takes into account its internal resources and capabilities. Combining all this together within the framework of the work of one specialist, and even a team, seems to be a difficult task, given the different amount of data used, which can be quite large, the quality of the data received at the input and their presentation, and the fact that each data requires the use of a specific method or methods of analysis, as well as the results obtained require evaluation for the best value. The solution to the problem of implementing all these actions served to create decision support systems that took over a significant part of the computational process, leaving the user of the system only the choice of input factors, the sources of their receipt, as well as the choice of the optimal solution, based on the analysis carried out by the system.
