Abstract

The article touches upon the actual problem of large time, labor and money costs of business when creating desktop and mobile applications as a means of communication with customers and offers a modern solution in the form of developing a web application based on PWA technology. The authors have considered in detail the historical aspects of the technology, its features, advantages and disadvantages, analyzed real cases of application by large companies. The article is supported by information about the practical experience of creating a progressive application for a real enterprise that needs to organize a channel of interaction with customers.
