Abstract

The article proposes an approach to the creation of intelligent information processing systems with explanations in the form of learning and cognitive networks based on Bayesian intelligent technologies. The practical application of this approach is illustrated by the example of the tasks of digitalization of the regional economy, in particular, the creation of educational cognitive networks for training specialists in this field of activity.
