Abstract

In this article, the author gives a definition of digital transformation in relation to a geographically distributed transport company, describes the process of target budgeting of work on the current maintenance of infrastructure facilities, presents the structure and composition of the characteristics of the technological standards of the Company, indicates the main tasks and problems associated with determining the overall need for the current maintenance of property, a mathematical model has been formed that allows calculating the standard scope of work justified by industry standards, the implementation of which is necessary to maintain real estate objects in proper condition, the main advantages and disadvantages of the mathematical model are formulated, and proposals for development are given.
