Abstract
Artificial intelligence is the latest technology that is applied in all
areas and has a meaning for our society. Artificial intelligence has a wide range of applications in business, including workflow
optimization and business data aggregation.
The article considers the relevance of the use of technologies
based on artificial intelligence in business, gives a classification
of AI, both in terms of considering the features of the technologies
themselves, and in terms of the scope. The issues of analyzing
the adoption of AI for business management and decision
making are also disclosed.
