Abstract

With the development of computing power of hardware and software products, the field of distributed modeling has expanded significantly, the method has proven its effectiveness in analyzing and optimizing a wide range of systems. Currently, it is widely used to solve internal problems of small organizations and to model management at the macroeconomic level. The main advantage of the idea of analyzing the activities of an organization by creating its model is its universality. Modeling the structure of the institution's work gives the most detailed idea of the progress of its work, leading qualities and shortcomings. With a wellconstructed model, this information is quite enough to answer the overwhelming number of questions concerning the improvement of the mechanism of the organization's work, and subsequently, increasing its competitiveness.
