Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of the use of non–
numeric, unstructured information in measuring the characteristics
and determining the states of complex systems in conditions
of significant information uncertainty. In such a situation, methods
and systems focused on the specified specifics of such information
should be used to implement measurement and computing
processes. Such information is called linguistic.
Therefore, the measurements implemented on its basis can be
called linguistic. The article considers methodological aspects
of linguistic measurements based on the methodology of Bayesian
intelligent technologies. Examples of the use of methods and
means of linguistic measurements in the socioeconomic
sphere
of the regional economy are given.
